You guys are all so inspiring!
It's snowing out. What the heck is up with that??

Sorry to have been incommunicado last week. I was in Baton Rouge for work (and even did a little fraternizing with the enemy...LSU Fan Tiff, that is, of a different team). I did do some running but not as much as usual. I'll get back to the routine this week.

Go team go!
hey diana, welcome back... did you find any secrets about the lefto pinko enemy? jk LSU_Fan_Tiff...

did you log your points though? I mean, any running is good running.

St Patrick's Day Parade today in my neighborhood, w00t

planning on a big day, runningwise, too

later folks
6 mile run = 24 pts
11.5 bike ride on trails = 17 pts
Theme weekend bonus = 5 pts
10 min. stretching = 2 pts.

Total = 48 pts.
I ran a 5k this morning and will add some more this evening and of course some XTraining and bike tomorrow for the team. Will log points later.

Everyone is doing great.
Keep up the good work, team!! And more good tri wishes to David this weekend!!!!

Go Team Go!
5 miles running so far today. I hope to get my biking in later.
Incredible numbers everyone!

Every time I look at the standings someone has posted more points! It makes me want to get out and rack up some miles! I'm looking to do a long run tomorrow with lots of cycling if the weather holds
First Bike Ride of the year. 16 miles. 24 points plus 5 theme points = 29 for the day.

I couldn't leave it at 29...added some strength training for one more point.
Hey Marianne.. could you post in the daily thread before you add any points at all, even if you plan on working out again later? That way it doesn't look too fishy.

I'll delete your points now, and then you can add your entire days later.. unless you want me to. But keep up the good work! We just don't want anyone to think that we're fudging points...

As for me:
10 mile run - 40
14 mile bike -(I didn't feel like doing 15 because that'd be a weird extra half point) - 21
15 minutes of stretching/core/push ups.. 3 points
64 points team rUnbeatable!!!

I'm exhausted, but plan on a long run tomorrow.. I don't know if I'll quite match these points though
no. I just caught that though.. thanks for the heads up
I just looked at the standings.. granted, there are discrepancies in who enters what and when..

But!!!!!!!!!!!!; We're doing awesome! Everyone's doing their best and we're clicking and "running" like a well lubricated machine. Let's keep this up guys and gals!

Graysis on her dd bike . I picture pink ribbins and a bell!!!

9.25 miles with a "Whooping Crane 10K" sandwiched between a warm up and cool down. 3rd oa. behend 2 college kids and won o.a. masters.

42 mile bike ride with the "Wounded Warriors" afterwards.
