Its been a fun and riveting competition so far. Virtually every team is still in it and I think we're keeping each other on our toes as well as being kept on our toes... WHAT MORE COULD WE WANT?! <img alt="banana.gif" src=""><br><br>

Do you get bonus points for biking outside only, or would Spin class count?<br><br>
Today's workout:<br>
60 min Spin class = 20 points<br>
3 mile run = 12 point<br><br>
32 points (and maybe 37 if there's bonus points to be had).

I had a long run scheduled but slept-in until 5:00 am ....... I did manage an 8.5 mile run (34 pts), 4 mile bike(6 pts), 15 min. stretching(3 pts) before 8:30 Palm Sunday Mass.<br><br>
Total 43 pts.<br><br>
Looks like that may do it for today... long run rescheduled for Tuesday
I'm resting today as Fri and Sat are my weekends. There seems to be one team that won't go away.<img alt="sad.gif" src=""> Also watch out for team D. They have a friend of mine on their team who went skiing all last week. If they score skiiing points like the others they may take over 1st place. I'll put in another big week next week as I have no scheduled races coming up.<br><br>

I got woken up in the morning by my girlfriend's call, and couldn't fall back asleep. instead of running 15 miles in one shot, I did 2 sets of 7.5 a few hours apart.. slow pace, but I got the work in<br><br>

Sorry to be so quiet in the Team thread last week, but work was crazy. Anyway, yesterday life happened, so Sat. turned into an unexpected rest day. (I usually plan to have Sunday for my rest day.) So today I got on the exercise bike for 20 miles and the theme bonus.<br><br>
Here's hoping for a good week for everyone. Go Team!
You guys are awesome! You all are keeping us in front. This is exciting makes me want to go race again today. Mostly a rest day for me. I did take the bike for a short ride just to loosen the legs a little.<br><br>
