1.9 miles on the bike. Just trying to loosen the legs.

3 points
You guys are awesome! You all are keeping us in front. This is exciting makes me want to go race again today. Mostly a rest day for me. I did take the bike for a short ride just to loosen the legs a little.

Here is a link to my Race Report on the MultiSport Forum.

Hope everyone is having a great weekend.
Ok, now that my race is over. I should be able to put a few extra points on the board. You can probably count on me putting a good quality ride in almost everyday. I will plan on 26 miles at lunch everyday this week if I can. I would love to do a 50 miler next weekend. Plus I should be able to put 30 plus miles of running in somewhere during the week. I have not training plan now so it is on to just rack up the points.

Plus my weight training can start back. Hmmm! When am I going to have time to work, if I do all this during my scheduled work hours. He he he.
Good morning all.

90 min alternate workout this morning = 12 points
4 mile run = 16 points

28 points in all this morning.

Should get 39 more points at lunch as long as I get my 26 miles in plus another 30 -60 minutes of alternate cardio tonight.
20 miles on the bike at lunch

30 more points
Aija,

Post it on the corresponding day. And then post here for all of the days on one post so Zack or I can verify your points. You can add the points yourself or you can let Zack or I add them for you. Either way they must be put under the appropriate day.

Great job and we will gladly take your points!
Tricia - Congrats on complete a HM. Have you posted a Race Report? I would love to read about your experience.

I put in 3.7 miles running this morning and 1600 meters in the pool. The plan is for another bike ride at lunch. Maybe I can get my 26 in today.

Run 15 points
Swim 16 points

Total 31 this morning.
Lunchtime workout.

24 miles on the bike - 36 points

Total for day so far = 67

Maybe I will try to make it to the gym for some weights this afternoon yet. Don't know!
Tricia - I think you would be pleasantly surprised on what type of reaction you get from others on this forum. We are all hear to encourage one another and it helpful to share our experiences with each other. There maybe someone reading your post that encourages them to get out the and complete a HM. The time is not important, it is the trials and sense of accomplishment that you put forth to make it to the finish line. I don't say it often but I have been brought to tears reading some of the posts. Such emotions that some people go through.

Diana - It is great that you are here and making your debut on VRAA #7. Remember if you are prone to injury, don't increase mileage too much, it is better to undertrain and be healthy than to overtrain and get injured.

Great job out there all. It is exciting being on this team. Everyone has put in some hard work and has accomplished so much. Yesterday and today have been my two highest days yet, excluding the day I took 50 points for our team name. So much more to come from me this week to increase that lead.

Tamster - We could all be following Team "Catch us if you Can!" that would definately put us more near the bottom of the barrel.
Great job everyone. This is so motivating. You will love my workout for this morning.

My left knee was hurting pretty good this morning. So I decided to make it a rest day. 15 minutes of core workout and stretching. 3 points. Sorry guys, doesn't look like I will be able to make it to a pool this weekend for the bonus points either.
