Its been a fun and riveting competition so far. Virtually every team is still in it and I think we're keeping each other on our toes as well as being kept on our toes... WHAT MORE COULD WE WANT?! <img alt="banana.gif" src=""><br><br>

The weekend is here!!<br><br>
8 mile progressive run this morning, short 4 mile bike, and 10 minutes of stretching= 40pts.
An a young whippersnapper too. <img alt="smile.gif" src="">
6 mile run = 24 pts<br>
11.5 bike ride on trails = 17 pts<br>
Theme weekend bonus = 5 pts<br>
10 min. stretching = 2 pts.<br><br>
Total = 48 pts.
Incredible numbers everyone!<br><br>
Every time I look at the standings someone has posted more points! It makes me want to get out and rack up some miles! I'm looking to do a long run tomorrow with lots of cycling if the weather holds <img alt="smile.gif" src="">

I had a long run scheduled but slept-in until 5:00 am ....... I did manage an 8.5 mile run (34 pts), 4 mile bike(6 pts), 15 min. stretching(3 pts) before 8:30 Palm Sunday Mass.<br><br>
Total 43 pts.<br><br>
Looks like that may do it for today... long run rescheduled for Tuesday
I think we need a few people to volunteer to take a week vacation and go skiing somewhere <img alt="biggrin.gif" src="">

Zack.... I think I should re-adjust my numbers for last Wednesday..... I was re-reading the information thread in which I had asked Billy about my racquetball .... I thought he said cardio but he actually said alt workout. Even though it's a kickass cardio workout I don't want anyone complaining after the ski points adjustment.

60 min. racquetball and 10 min. stretch - 12 pts.<br><br>
total 50 pts.
It is a rest day<img alt="smile.gif" src=""><br><br>
But somehow we've managed to keep the big margin on the lead.... now that we're rested, stick around and we'll show you what we can do this weekend <img alt="smile.gif" src=""><br><br>
There will be no mercy!
