knock knock; anyone out there? started off in beautiful 50 degree weather with low humidity (which hardly ever happens here), and no wind (which hardly ever happens either). 10 miles of hills to start the day. Lawn mowing, car washing on the agenda and then 30-40 miles on the bicycle.<br><br>

Hey, KS, I'm here, but haven't done much for a while. It was too rainy to bike into work on Wednesday or Thursday, and too durn cold and windy (wind chill around 10F maybe?), so I hope to get out and run at lunch time instead. Last I looked my absence wasn't having any effect on the scoreboard.<img alt="biggrin.gif" src="">
Thursday, I did 1 mile warm, 3 miles tempo run, 1 mile cool. I was 10 sec/mi faster on the tempo than my workout required! <img alt="banana.gif" src=""><br><br>
This morning was lots of stretching (poor hammies) and 1 hour of weights.

My left knee was hurting pretty good this morning. So I decided to make it a rest day. 15 minutes of core workout and stretching. 3 points. Sorry guys, doesn't look like I will be able to make it to a pool this weekend for the bonus points either.
Well well well, I have spent all winter NOT knowing that there is a Y less than .5 miles from work that I can use. So, I went today and ran 5 miles at lunch.<br><br>
That's 20 points, y'all.

I planned on doing 10, but went to 12.. and then figured 'why not do some more' so I added on a 4 mile loop.<br><br>
it was very slow, the wind nearly blowing me over plenty of times.. but I feel a lot better now. I think I'll match this on Sunday<br><br>
did 30 minutes of lifting (upper body) and core and stretching..<br><br>
