    45 minutes on the trainer at lunch. Upped the anti a little bit - knee still tender. to be expected. yo - thanks for asking about my ankle - feels perfectly fine. See? comes and goes as it wants. So not sure if I told you but we were supposed to have our HW floors done last weekend...

    yikes SB - be careful in those white out conditions! I wouldn't have ventured anywhere let alone the post office lol "walk like a penguin" when on the ice - works well! ~3 mile run today - oof hard one today. loved watching McEnroe and Connors, Billie Jean King and all the rest!

    usual morning walk with the beastie - almost killed myself on the ice on my street, but main road was fine. Worked on curbing her reaction to cars, which we need to do, so that's good. 45 min on the trainer. knee still tender, but that's to be expected.
