    Yo - I was able to try saddles that my LBS which has led me to my current saddle. But even then it is limited to what he has as demo saddles. I think I found an online program that you can try different saddles for a couple of weeks at a time. But yeah, it is really tough. Have a great time...

    Early am dog walk ... noontime ride with bibs...still not 100% sold (they are hotter), but the pad was better and everything else seemed to gel, so...I'll keep trying them. That's about it for me.

    Yo - I would def ask for an MRI - doesn't sound like the Doc got to the root of the problem, sorry to say. Hope the exercises start to help. Early am run/walk with the pup today. Had planned on going to the gym at lunch, but still struggling with motivation and fatigue from all this heat...

    hi guys - was around this weekend, but didn't stop over - dang it! Saturday was getting new jewelry day - My engagement ring band snapped a few months ago...but we needed to coordinate with our jeweler friend, so finally got up there to have DH's ring resized and cleaned up, DD's earrings...

    Hey all ... Managed something different today ... decided to head out for a night ride about 7:45'ish. A little more temperate than fall and winter commutes (in fact, downright hot and humid again!) ... and a lot more randomly buggy (thankfully no swallowing or hi-speed eye impact or stings)...
