I told Dh the other day this kid must be long cause he has manged to wedge under my ribs in my lungs so I am short of breath all the time and yet he can still firmly plant himself on my bladder. Yesterday I got to the gym, went ot the bathroom, was on the bike for 25mins, had to get off for a potty break, another 20 on the bike, some walking and stretching, another potty break, left the gym and barely made it the 10min drive home, ran in the house for another potty break! And my doc siad I need to drink more water?! WTF!!

I've always felt that my body is off kilter that week following a marathon. I'm not hungry at all and then I'm ravaneous. I'm tired, I'm pumped. I wouldn't worry about it... I bet your body is trying to balance itself out right now.

Sorry, <b>Brandy</b>, that was my only suggestion. I'm sure it'll balance out the rest of the week.<img alt="smile.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/smile.gif"><br>
