Kitty- I have never played before I don't know anything about the rules etc
but it's all for fun anyway and good x-training

ky- I love the shirt how cute I love the sneakers.

Thanks Lee! Believe it or not - she has ALWAYS liked to run - even as a toddler. She told me that she wants to run 2 LOOPS at the race! I told her she could do one and then rest and if she still feels like doing another one she can. Basically she will run a 5K if she makes it two loops!!

Well, my 10 miles is done.. I did it on the TM because when I stuck my nose outside to check the weather, I was shocked by how frigid it was.. The winds were bad and the temps are falling rapidly.. Today we suppose to have the coldest day of this winter so far.

Anyways.. my 10 miles were difficult.. Right after I started running I got a side stitch.. (haven't had those since December) and right away my HR went high wire... LOL.. Eventually I was able to calm it down a bit and work through my side stitch but it never completely dissapeared.... My legs felt great, they were rested but my midsection was all out of whack.. All in all I feel very accomplished for having finished such a challenging LSD. THis coming week is my easy week, I'm cutting mileage by 1/3 and next week my HM training starts.

hey Kitty-I realized that I was the only one that said awww it's ok to be grumpy while everyone else doubted that you could be a meanie. I certainly don't believe it either but was just trying to b e supportive

so I just dyed my hair blond and yet it seems almost the same color ?? oh well, it's a lighter and it's not orange so all is well

Lee-I'm not running today, but studying, doing laundry, etc. I don't know if you seen my question yesterday about chores, but what chores do your girls do??

Batmomm-my hair needs colored so bad, but I'm too big of a chicken to do it myself.

Hey! Great runs everyone! Batmomm and Myron, I'm amazed you made it home without blowing away. It's so windy. I'm waiting to hear a tree crash on our house- usually one falls when it gets this windy (they're tall and lean and don't do any damage).

I have a little TM run on the books. I'll do it when DS goes down for his nap.

DH is flying home today on a little tiny plane- hopefully the wind will die down before he gets into the puddle jumper.

I'm glad I paid some dude to put my shutters on better... they used to always blow down... I paid some fly by night handyman who does a lot of work in my neighborhood to bolt those little f_ckers on better... glad I did this wind is crazy.
