Good Morning. I am back from 6.5 very cold miles. It was back in the teens this morning. When, oh when, is spring going to come?

Suds - Nice job on the run and weights this morning. I am sure you will find a new challenge soon.

Chosha - I am so sorry you still don't feel well. You are very smart to rest with a chest cold. I hope it goes away soon.

Heather - Nice job on the 7 and upper body.

Monika - Sounds like a busy day ahead for you. Enjoy your rest day.

DB - Good luck avoiding the bosses!

KKR - Have a great run.

Ty - You deserve the rest - enjoy it!

ds still has a sore throat - most likely he caught strep from his brother. dh is working a double today so I have to call in sick. Once I get ds an appt I will try to ride the bike and do some yoga. I've been stretcing more and it has helped with the tightness I've been feeling on my right side.

Why are you scared? You should be dancing in the streets!!

Ky - I am really sick of my winter clothes too. And I want to shed some layers when I run. Are you scheduled for 20 this week? I am doing my first - probably on Sunday since we have 3 playoff games on Saturday.

Thanks for the well wishes for ds. We have an appt at 11:40. I just did 30 minutes on the bike and will do yoga tonight after the kids go to bed.

Jeans - OMG - what a racket that must have been!

batmomm - so sorry about the early roofers. At least roofing is a really quick job and they shouldn't be bugging you for long.

lame - I got the kids starburst jelly beans so I wouldn't eat them - I am old school - only like the original flavors from when I was a kid.

Sisu - Sounds like you are busy today - good luck with the extra kid! You are doing great with your recovery. I know how scary it is and how you lose faith in your body. But, you are following all of your guidelines and taking it slow. It is frustrating, but you will get to where you want to be.

We are back from the doctor - it is strep, so no school for ds tomorrow. Dh has an afternoon meeting so I will work 1/2 day tomorrow so I can be home with ds. My boss will not be happy, but what can I do?

Marianne - Go get your cough checked out. I hate calling in sick - especially when I am not the one who is sick.

Myron - I am sorry you hate your job and the project isn't working out. (((hugs)))

ds is feeling a lot better. We played pool and I actually won!

Tomorrow since I am only working 1/2 the day we are going to work on starting some seeds for our vegetable garden. It will be a fun project.

Hi Ron! I hope you have a great run later.

Fit - If the architect doesn't make your heart go pitter patter you are better off just being friends with him. And, it is better to do it now and not string him along. If you do it sooner, rather than later, there is a chance you can be friends and maybe over time he'll accept you and the brother. Good luck. Sorry your run didn't turn out like you wanted. You just need to give it a little more time.

sb - That is awesome news for your ds and his friend!

Heather - So sorry about dd's hamster. Give her extra hugs from the rms!

Ky - I thought you were all set with the new hire. What happened?

Fer - I am ok. I was home with ds today. I didn't get much accomplished though - just a little laundry and vacumming. I am so unmotivated lateley - I don't know why. How are you? How was your Easter? Did things get better for your girls once they came to you?
