The kids these days, I tell ya!! DD15 was always bored when she was 9 years old and waiting for me to entertain her.. I was shocked.. You know, when I was growing up, I was never bored... I would be playing outside with my friends, or reading books, or drawing, or painting.... I had no siblings to play with (my sis is 10 years younger than me) so I had to be creative... and we didn't have much money so I had to be creative in an cheap way too!! <img alt="biggrin.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/biggrin.gif">

Yes, meetings over and the rest of the day pretty flexible.. I think I'm going to go for a walk with baby Angel right now... for those VRAA points and so Angel gets some outside air.. Then I hope she'll have a nap so I can do whatever I please.. LOL...

We are back from the doctor - it is strep, so no school for ds tomorrow. Dh has an afternoon meeting so I will work 1/2 day tomorrow so I can be home with ds. My boss will not be happy, but what can I do?

Andi, sorry to hear about DS having strep! You can't do anything about your kids being sick, so your boss will just have to get over it.<br><br>
I have an appointment with my PT tomorrow to start working on this knee again. Hoepfully this time it will work since I am not running at all.<br><br>
Hopefully I don't screw up my shoulder or arm or something - I need to at least be able to swim!!!

Hi my running friends. My kids are off so my parents are watching them. I did my long run of 18 miles last night and it was terrible. I just didn't have it but it is over.<br><br>
I just read this one page so far so I hope Andi's dd is ok.<br><br>
My kids get bored only if I ask them if they want to do something otherwise they usually find something to do.

Well I have a moment or two!! I should be playing with ds but he is watching sponge bob and eating lunch!! No MOTHER OF THE YEAR AWARD happening here right now! LOL!! I was so much better with playing with my kids when the older two were young! I think I outgrew it <img alt="biggrin.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/biggrin.gif"> and feel guilty because I know ds#3 needs that one on one time with me too!! I try to plan activities (storytime, lunch etc) with him but it does get hard with all the activities the older two are involved with....<img alt="sad.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/sad.gif"><br><br>

I need to run to Target and get some Easter stuff ( not candy!!) My sil just stopped over to bring some ham and I sent with her all the SHIT my MIL brought over yesterday for Easter...to be brought back to MIL!! SHe won't take it with her last night and either would any of the SIL so I got it back over there....it was bags of candy, cookies, and easter egg rice krispie treats!! I am sick of sugar in my house!!

OOOOooooo!!! Good News!!! The car guys could find NOTHING WRONG w/ the car - they think the "check engine" light was triggered incorrectly. Ummm, there is no need for him to bring them - seriously. We have AT LEAST 20 lightsabers, a couple of guns that shoot nerf darts and some that shoot nerf discs.
