No time to read yet today, and may not get to it later. Had a great interval run last night. 1/2 mile intervals fast then slow.

.5 mile split pace:
slow, fast
10:00, 8:00,
9:43, 8:34,
9:24, 8:18,
*11:35, 8:29,
9:34, 7:49,
9:57,
9:42

*GPS error? Felt like the same pace as the other EZ intervals, but halfway through, the GPS went from 9:3x to 12x. Strange.

6.3 miles in 58:31. That is better than my time for my best 10k. I'm wondering what I should set as my goal in my next 10k in Nov. Current PR is 59:5x. I was hoping to bring that to 55x, but may need to be a bit more aggressive. Is there a chance to break 50?

Thoughts and prayers out to all that need it. Frankie, hope you can get that surgery rescheduled w/o too much hassle. Winter, hope you had a good time at the hockey game.

I won't bet on my being the slowest, not the fastest. I'm slower than the fastest and faster than the slowest, I am the classic definition of middle of the packer.
