TriBikeTransport really is a great service. I used it at Coeur d'Alene and would definitely use it again. It not only ensured that I got the proper rest on the bike -- because I had to ship it a week and a half early -- but it also was so convenient and really, when you look at the numbers for lugging it around, not all that much more expensive.

I'm excited for you. You are going to stomp this course!

Posting late after a day at customer site. I decided to use the fitness room (their words not mine) here at the hotel. Figured since I will be down here during the week for the next month or so I just try to reduce the out of town Y guest visits. But after using the room that will nto be the case. I lifted using the machine that they have here. Somebody was on the dreadmill and had some music station on the TV. As soon as he left I turned it to ESPN to watch the Sox and A's.

Sounds like folks had great workouts.

happy birthday,sparty!

spent ten minuts lifting so as not to completely bail on my vraa teammates, but otherwise nada. having a bad stomach day. think I might have to get off my butt and see my dr, as I think I have more bad stomach days than good stomach days, going on at least three months now.

Sprint intervals on the trainer today. 10 sec at 100% in the big ring, 50 sec rest...string 6 in a row, rest, repeat. Doesn't sound so bad but when I'm already past my AT, 10 sec feels like 10 minutes.

I was a fishie too today for the first time since last Oct. I did 1000y in the pool after work with one set of 6x100 on 3:00 at right around 2:30/100. It was nice to get wet again and I took it easy and thought about form and tried to enjoy it. I am on a one week pass so this splashing around will be short lived. I followed that up with 50min of yoga and stretching. Now it's WAY past time for bed.

6.6km run in the pouring rain. I was very dissapointed to discover that my 7.5km route is only 6.6km (first time I've run it with the Garmin). Either way, I was painfully slow and got extremely wet!
