My 20 to 22 mi run yesterday ended up at 25.4 mi. I suck at route estimating. And there was a point, as I'm running along the fox river, where I had the option to cross the river and head for home or go down to the next crossing, which was 1.4 mi, and then head back on the other side. I took the longer route and ended up being almost exactly 3mi too long. I'm an idiot. On the plus side, I did the entire run at 7:38 pace with the majority of the run in zone 2.<br><br>
Recovery day today. Masters swim in the afternoon and maybe an hour on the trainer in zone 1 if I can stay away that late.<br><br>
