Busy morning since I was teaching a class. Trainer intervals planned for after work today.<br><br>
Happy Hump Day!
 
Sprint intervals on the trainer today. 10 sec at 100% in the big ring, 50 sec rest...string 6 in a row, rest, repeat. Doesn't sound so bad but when I'm already past my AT, 10 sec feels like 10 minutes.
