Mind you, I don't feel well, so I may screw this up. While AB- is the most rare, EVERY blood type out there can receive O-. In fact, if you are in a trauma and they can't type your blood fast enough and you need it, they will just give you O- to start you off.<br><br><br>
I just don't want to get it because I had heard it is like peanut butter going in. I've had a rocephin shot (anti biotic) and they mix it with lidocaine because it hurts so bad going in. <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="http://www.kickrunners.com/forum/images/smilies/sad.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title="Sad"><br><br>

Back to the <b>QOD</b>: I was just thinking about this today - I am out running and I see all of these groups of runnings chit chatting, etc. It is 530 in the morning people. While I like getting up and running, I don't want to be making small talk or having to think at that hour. I just want to run, think about things, think about nothing (autopilot mode), etc.
