We get up anywhere between 5 and 7 depending on how many people DH needs to see and if I have class that morning or not. Last night, while setting the alarm I inadvertantly set the clock ahead an hour. So, this morning it went off an hour early, but if the only clock in your bedroom is wrong - how do you check it? Ok, as some of you may know I, from time to time, like to do experimental things with my running and report back the results to the board. Today was one of those days. The issue I was exploring was the following:<br><br>
Is it wise to run the day after giving blood on legs that are still recovering from a race the prior weekend while suffing from lower GI distress on a day that the temperature is in the mid-80s?<br><br>
The answer is an unequivocal no. You will like suffer though a run that will make you reconsider ever running again.<br><br>
