I had to go back and check out Gaela's post about people running in jeans... LMAO.. that has to be uncomfortable even to look at!! <img alt="biggrin.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/biggrin.gif"><br><br>
Alemma - Gaela is a volunteer running coach somewhere.. I think YMCA.. Yes, we are all moved into our new house and we love it.. There is quite a bit of work to do here, but the layout and size of the house and the size of the lot is awesome!! We'll have lots of fun living here. <img alt="smile.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/smile.gif">

I'm back! It was a slow (they're always slow for me) hard run today. Could it be the can of Lay's bbq potato chips I inhaled last night, lack of proper hydration (9.5 fl. oz of water yesterday), or increased mileage (1 more mile). I felt really sluggish from the beginning. Weird. I'd like to know running gurus... Gracias! The sunrise was AWESOME!!!!! That is always the best part of the run. <img alt="smile.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/smile.gif"><br><br>
Alemma - Have fun at the movie/concert! Let me know if they have Hannah Montana stuff to buy like they would at a concert. That way I'll know whether to bring cash. please and thx! <img alt="biggrin.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/biggrin.gif"><br><br>

Monika - Enjoy your busy day. Mine is going to be pretty busy too. Gotta clean and get ready for the Super Bowl party tomorrow. Tossing out old kids clothes and giving the rest of their old stuff to GW or SA. I've also got to take my car in for an oil change and free tire rotation. Then there's the grocery store that's gonna be madness w/everyone buying stuff for tomorrow. <img alt="rolleyes.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/rolleyes.gif"> It's all in fun though!

Hi all-<br><br>
4mi on the TM done this morning and I'll do 2mi more later with our dog. It was too icy to head outside for my run - our driveway is total ice and I have no idea what the road looks like but I'm sure it's not as bad. It's supposed to warm up a lot so it will be a nice run later.<br><br>
Busy morning already. Lots to do before noon so I better go! Good job on those runs and workouts! have a good day everyone!

Good luck with your busy day too!! LOL.. Looks like yours might be a little more busy than mine, although after I come back from work, we will probably swing by a furniture store because everybody here needs desks!! LOL.. DH sold our old ones to the buyer of the old house, so now we are camping out on the floor with all our computers, printers, modems etc.. <img alt="biggrin.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/biggrin.gif">

No big plans today since DH is on call. Monkey has a ball game and DD will volunteer at New Leash on Life (dog rescue/adoption). Oh, and I need to grocery shop and run a few errands. Well, I'm off to begin the errands. I hope I'll be able to get a ride back from the car shop so I can take the truck and get some other things done. Oh, DH just threw out there that DD needed to go to a bday party at two. She has nothing to wear, so I've got to pick up something for that as well now. Gotta love life! <img alt="rolleyes.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/rolleyes.gif">

Hii Heather, Myron and KKR!<br>
Work sucks so far. I started the day finding 3 customer cars broken into.<br>
All 3 have smashed windows and their stuff was all pulled out of the consoles and glove boxes. I called the cops and contacted one out of the 3 customers. Should be interesting.

Good Morning my running friends. I did an easy 1 mile run and 1 mile walk then some abs and stretching. I did a little over 5 last night now I am going to rest today. If you consider shopping with 5 kids, laundry, cleaning the house, DD's soccer ( inbetween rain days) and I guess I have to feed them.<br><br>

I'm so sorry Paul. I know you hate making those calls and hope the customers are understanding.<br><br>
Someone broke into my Mom's car a few days ago while she was walking on a X-country trail. Smashed her window, took her purse and some other stuff. Idiots.
