Good Morning and Happy Hump Day!

3 recovery miles scheduled for me today. Outside is yucky, dark, gloomy and icy... It snowed again last night. Tomorrow there is heat wave in the forecast, can't wait.. maybe it will melt all that snow..

Good Morning Paul!! Good running, good weights and good crunches! Enjoy your day!

Ok, now you're giving me ideas.. I would love to have a night like that with DH.. except that we would also go to dinner before the junk food/movie night thing.. That would be a total pig out day..

Good Morning BTW.. I'm happy your asthma is better.

Went with DD15 and baby Angel to the mall... Didn't get much, but it was a nice trip..

Ran 3.25 miles earlier and still have some walking and core work to do.. DD15 requested crapes again.. I guess I can make some tonight.

Marianne - Hey hey girl.. did you run yet?

Hi Johnny!! Sun is out here too.. Tomorrow it supposed to be warm.. something like 42*... I have 6 miles scheduled and can't wait to do them outside in the sun...

Good job Marianne... Scrap my previous post where I asked if you ran.. LOL.. It's awesome that kids let you get an extra mile in..

Oh my god.. I bought bath crayons for baby Angel... I think she'll never leave the bath now... She's been in there for half an hour and is still coloring the bathtub and erasing it over and over..

Noooooooo, no special pan... regular pan like my mom taught me.. LOL.. A little sunflower oil, pour the batter, spread around to the edges to make them nice and round..

Angel finally came out of the bath, but kicking and screaming.. I actually had to leave her in front of the closed bathroom to cry her eyes out, because she threw herself on the floor and insisted on staying there.. All is good now...

Crepes came out awesome... better than last week.. I decided that they are much better with sunflower oil instead of olive oil.. We had them filled with farmer cheese and strawberry jam.. Mmmm good.. DD15 loved them, baby Angel loved them too..

You heat the pan and then pour just enough to cover the pan. I have my own recipe.

1 cup of milk
2 beaten eggs
1.25 cups of flour
pinch of salt (one eight of the tsp)
0.5 cups of water to thin the batter

Mix eggs with milk and salt, gradually add flour and whisk until all smooth and little bubbles show on the surface. Thin the batter out with water. Pour the batter on hot oiled pan, spread to the edges.. Fry until golden and flip on to the other side..

Kitty Kat - I`m happy Monkey had a good birthday and was well enough to enjoy some of the yummy birthday cake!

Hi Gaela!!
