Good morning everyone! Did 8.5, upper body and abs.

Suds-great job on the run!

Alemma-have a great run. I just read last night's thread and your DD sounds a lot like my DS. If they truly think she has ADHD, they need to evaluate her the correct way. That's what I did with DS, he went on medications and is so much better. He went from almost being kicked out of preschool to now being able to sit through school and behave, he's much more focused and listens much better. (((Alemma))) I know how hard it is.

Cho-have a great 4!

Ty-feel better sweetie!! I hate it that you're having such a rough time lately.((Ty))

Sis - It was great. I only got in 5.25 though. I wanted 6, but as I was leaving the house, my collie gave me the death stare. And everytime I turned, she would get right in front of me. She wanted to go for a run in the worst way. So I took her out. She's slower than me and loves to stop several times. So I let her. Why not. She's almost 10 and she needs a good run too. She can only go about 1.5 miles, so she went in the house while I finished up my run.

Gotta take a shower.

Good morning!

Ty- I hope today is a better day and it's the beginning of a turn around.

Heather- Good job on the run and workout. How is school these days?

Cho- I'm running 4 this morning too! I'll imagine you're there with me (I'm not in the mood to run this AM).

Hey Suds! We're bringing DH's car in for it's 100 mile check up today (ouch w/the $). Is it REALLY necessary to do everything? I know you're probably going to say it pays off. I figured I'd ask just in case.

It's dark out so I can't run on the trails this morning (daylight savings stinks the first few weeks), so I'll be doing a few laps in our neighborhood. The good thing is that there are lots of hills, so it will be good in the long run (right??).

On the biggest loser last night one of the coaches said you really need to get 8 hours of sleep in a night for your metabolism to work well and your body to burn calories/fat the right way....so may I should go back to sleep???

Jen, gotta love the hills. that info about the metabolism is correct (although I don't agree with the 8 hr set number... each person is different) but yeah... going back to bed is a great idea now. NOT! Get your ass out there.
