So, my plan was to go into work from 4 until 6 or 7 and then come home and RUN, but dh is off selling our old car (YAY) and I have to wait until he gets back. I'll be running LATE. I should have done my lsd yesterday.

That's cause men are lower maintenance!

Edited to add: I dated twins once, but didn't find out till they broke up with me

(I am in a strange mood today, you'll have to forgive me)

me neither.
will you be my sister, Fer?

It's going pretty well, Ron. Thanks for asking. I did my first ever 18 mile run on Saturday and surprisingly felt real good (but after my 17 miles the weekend before on a TM at a hotel in the fitness room the size of a walk in closet - ANYTHING had to feel better!). A bit of residual tightness in my hamstrings the next day, but today nothing. I do have some strange swelling, redness on the front of my left calf, down by my foot and it never bothered me while running, so not sure where that came from. It's better today though and I'll run again tomorrow.

Fer will probably kick my butt too, so maybe you and I can run together occassionally. . . .unless of course, you plan on kicking my butt also. . .

wow - you must have a REAL big living room!

so what is your goal time, Ron? You've run a marathon before right? Will you be with a pacing group?

I actually don't move too much when I run. At least not in my living room. I would like to go below 4 hours. I did 4:24 in DC last year but had a couple of issues during training. This time I haven't had any problems so far. Except the flu in the beginning but that didn't hurt much.

Hi Ron! I hope you have a great run later.

Fit - If the architect doesn't make your heart go pitter patter you are better off just being friends with him. And, it is better to do it now and not string him along. If you do it sooner, rather than later, there is a chance you can be friends and maybe over time he'll accept you and the brother. Good luck. Sorry your run didn't turn out like you wanted. You just need to give it a little more time.

sb - That is awesome news for your ds and his friend!

Heather - So sorry about dd's hamster. Give her extra hugs from the rms!

Ky - I thought you were all set with the new hire. What happened?
