just trying to keep things moving...it's gonna be a weird week for me sandwiched between 2 marathons w/lots of on the go eating. I'm gonna try to behave though. Oh yeah and the girl scout cookie thing...
My scale is out of control this morning.. it's given me different weight every time I get on it.. Anyways, I think I'm under 160 so that's good for me.. I had a reading of 159.. yesterday the reading was 157.5.. I think my body is gravitating towards staying closer to 160 because I'm finding it's a struggle to stay at 158 consistently..
WTG Monika!!! I find my scale does the same thing...I like to think I'm the lower number
Do you have the digital scale? Do all of them do that? Is there a scale on the market that is actually accurate?
I have a digital scale and mine does that sometimes too. I have about 6wks to my race. Starting today, I am monitoring my eating habits very carefully. I want to make sure I drop a few pounds before that race. I would like to be under 160. I only have 3 pounds to go for that.
My feet hang off the edge of my digital scale and it can change my weight depending on how I am standing. I made a mark on it so I know where to put my toes for consistent numbers.

That said I completely revamped my eating habits this week and am down 7 lbs in the past 3 days!
Of course. My wieight can fluctuate several pounds over the course of the day. You're not going to be able to stay at the same weight without at least some mild ups and downs
