The trail that I run actually has signs that say keep to the right. Mostly I try to stay as far right as I can, to avoid the obnoxious bikers that ride two or three aside (yes, I did just avoid use of the word <i>abreast</i>) and ride much faster than is safe for pedestrians.<br><br><b>QOD2</b>: I usually don't eat anything before I run. I've been taking gels after 8 or 9 miles lately if I'm going longer than 10.<br><br>
ETA <b>2oh's story:</b> If any tall wimmins ever found (quite short) me attractive, they certainly never let me know! <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="http://www.kickrunners.com/forum/images/smilies/sad.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title="Sad">

I never said he wasnt funny, fast or that he didnt have pipe cleaners. The two times I was around him ( here in Phoenix and in Cinci ) he wasnt a wise ass and he wasnt 5'10". He was great to be around, has a great family, but being that I am 5'10, he was a bit shorter than me <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="http://www.kickrunners.com/forum/images/smilies/biggrin.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title="Very Happy">

So in summary, the dairy products don't seem to wreak havoc on your guts? I thought the no-dairy deal before a LR was a myth. Then I tried it.<br>
