Hey Sisu! How are you? Yes, my leg is doing fine now. I had some freaking huge knots in my muscles. Once I got them rubbed out I got better very quickly.

I'm OK. I'm doing PT for my stupid x/c ski fall knee injury and haven't run in over 2wks. PT says no running for a while either. I feel like a slug and I'll be starting from zero when I do start running again. It's a huge bummer but at least I don't have to have surgery to fix it. Otherwise I'm doing fine - just dealing with the winter blahs and sick kids.

Sisu I hope this will cheer you up. I was in love with these freaks for much of my hs days. Check out the way he moves his hips! Check out the black mesh wifebeater shirt on the guy in the back. And the smoke... SWOON

Ky- Oh I loved them!! The dancing...LOL! I feel really old now.

I'm heading to bed too. DH has to go to work early which means I have to get up earlier to run. Luckily I'll be able to relax with DS most of the day.

Sisu - You will come back quickly when your knee is better. I thought I would be starting from 0 after my foot, but with the cycling my legs and lungs stayed strong. As long as you keep up with the crosstraining you will be fine. You'll see.
