Wow - people fighting over PacerNads...how flattering! The reason I couldn't reply to Theia's offer is that I swooned every time I thought of it and got too lightheaded! However, CoachT's offer was like a bucket of ice cold water snapping me back to reality.

And I'm not sure when I did it but I must have fractured my ass at some point in the past...in fact, I still have a really big crack right down the middle.

(C'mon now - you HAD to know that was coming from SOMEONE!)

Cashed in a gift certificate and got another new pair of shoes...so between stocking up when I saw a good sale on Pearl Izumi's, birthday/Xmas gifts, getting some freebies for the pace team, and this pair I just bought, I have 5 new pairs of shoes just waiting to get abused! I bought some Nike Skylons - seems like a nice lightweight shoe, good for longer distance racing and fast training. I was debating between those and the Asics Landreth, but I still have another gift certificate to use so I may end up saving the gift certificate to get some Landreths in the next few months. I feel OK about having so many new pairs of shoes as I cleared out my aging ones and donated them to the local running store's shoe charity bin.

Speedy recovery to you Cus

Broken tail bone: been there, done that, watched the ASU/Michigan Rose Bowl game on my back on the floor because of it.

Pacer dat's some funny chit today

Did my combo Pilates/Yoga class at lunch. Pilates portion went fine but about midway through the Yoga portion I got got nauseas and light headed. Not to mention I was sweating like a stuck pig. It went away but the class wasnt much fun because of it. Try it again on THursday and see how it goes.

CUS!!!!! {{{leg}}} you got the good hugs.

See, that right there is partly why I didn't run this morning. As hard as it was to stay standing to shovel off the driveway, there was no way I was going to run.

Oh, and my stupid gut is annoyed.

Hey all - got 3 more miles and some floor work done after a long work day. I'm tired. Let's see if that translates to actually sleeping tonight...
