Good morning everyone. I am still feeling great from last nights run. No soreness at all in the legs.<br><br>
Thank you all for your comments about my run last night.<br><br>
Sunscreen - 50 at least. I am rather pale skinned, and I don't want my tats to fade in the sun.<br><br><b>Litch</b> - It sounds like you needed the break from running today even if you did manage to wake up early.<br><br><b>Trev</b> - 20 on a treadmill? excellent.<br><br><b>Theia</b> - Ouch sorry to hear about the fall. I have always been the younger on in relationships. My ex was 11 years older then me. He was also an ass so maybe I should try to be the older woman next time around. <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="http://www.kickrunners.com/forum/images/smilies/biggrin.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title="Very Happy">

Some age differences though are just amazing - my grandparents (on my dad's side) were 26 years apart. <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="http://www.kickrunners.com/forum/images/smilies/smile.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title="Smile"> My dad was born the day after his great-nephew in the same hospital. While my grandmother thought her husband was wonderful, my dad's pretty convinced his dad was an ass. (Something to do with him being 66 when my dad was born, I think. . .)

DANG! I almost blew it. I was about to ask you how old you were to see if I could be your younger man. lol True there are a lot of ladies that have a problem with admitting how old they are. I am not one of them. After all age is just a number. I am 31 years old, but I feel better then I ever did in my 20's.
