<p>Good Morning - this reminds me of my runs this week which were all evening runs - I typically run in the morning. Every time I passed someone, I was soooo close to saying "Good Morning" out of habit <img alt="" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/roll_eyes.gif" title="">.</p>

<p>After Wed. night's hard minute effort intervals, this morning's legs were heavy. About half way through my run, I just wanted to quit, but then it would take too long to get home . . . 15.3 miles. Then I took a dip in my neighbor's pool - very refreshing!</p>
