bike strength. I've been working at it, and it's not there and I can't afford the time to work on it right now as I'm trying to build up my running miles for a marathon.<br><br>
I'm a beginner swimmer, but I've improved immensely in the last 2 months, quicker than what my schedule had. <img alt="banana.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/banana.gif">

I'm totally opposite. I can keep weight off in build up phase, but when I start putting in major training, the weight comes too. I have to do many double runs to keep the metabolism going and I don't have time for those anymore.
