Hi all! Not much going on here, the excitement of my weekend was my long run. Had a cute new (but very married) guy running with me for the 1st 3.5 miles (he turned around, I went longer). But, I did get to see other cute new guy and talked to him for a bit after the run again. First time we've both been there on Saturday in about 4 weeks.

Moe, I have known the music to Chess for years but have never had the chance to see the show itself. Did you like it?

Hey Diane! I'm glad your shoulder is better, but yeowch! on the root canal stuff. I've never had one, and I don't wanna.

Noni- now see, that sounds like an ideal weekend to me. Instead, I need to do some more work on reorganizing my bedroom and such. I have a big pile of stuff to be donated to Goodwill in my living room. I think I'll need my sister's help (or more specifically, her big-ass SUV) to haul it there.

Brandy- love the cut!

RFTL- love the new avatar. You are beautiful! (which we all already knew, but your smile in this one is stunning)

Hi Amy!

Beer. Definitely. I'm having some Hopdevil tonight. It is one heck of a tasty IPA.

More healing vibes and prayers sent for your Mom, Moonie.

I need to get my bike fixed. I've missed it (it's been out of commission for longer than I care to admit). Cute-guy-at-running-group gave me a recommendation for a mom-and-pop operation near where I work, so I'll take it in sometimes this spring to see what can be done.

Nettie, OMG, biking is so fun!! I practically lived on my bike until I was in high school. You should have a lot of fun riding around once you get the hang of it. I have a friend in her 40's who is learning how to ride a bike herself right now.

Hey, does anyone else remember Dr. Couz? She posted for a brief while while we were still over at CR. 1 or 2 years ago, I can't quite recall.

I started following her blog on a semi-regular basis because I am fascinated by medical stuff. I never wanted to be a doctor or nurse, because I didn't want to deal with icky stuff, but the medical world still interested me. My specialization for my Master of Social Work degree was health care, in fact.

Anyway, she had a baby back in December, her 1st. Thought I'd mention here in case anyone remembered her. She used to have CR on her list of links but it is no longer there.
That was always me in school too. I am not a slob, but things can get a bit cluttered at my place. Never bothered me until I had homework or a paper or an exam.... THEN I had to clean everything before I could concentrate enough to knuckle down with the books.
