<p>For me:</p>

<p><strong>AM:</strong>  3,000yds in my gyms outdoor salt water pool at 5:15AM, such a nice change of venue! </p>
<p><span style="color:#00f;">500yd wu, 4 x 100 drills, 7 x 125yd @ :20 sec, 7 x 75 @ :15 sec, 200yd drills, 500yd cool down</span></p>

<p><strong>PM:</strong>  Hour run at lunch time all in Z2.  It is a beautiful day, sunny and hot.  Glad I don't have any speed work to worry about today.</p>
<p><span style="color:#b22222;"><em>**Lunchtime run was a miserable experience, 1:00:00, 6.9 miles, 8:41/mile pace. So glad to have that over and done with.**</em></span></p>
