30 minutes on the basement monster and going for 7 tonight afterschool before the girls' first game. Should be interesting to see how they'll do this year after losing a lot of seniors last year.

7 miles with 8x800 repeats, one mile warmup. 65:10

Wow - I have been not around much, but I have been trying to figure out why just a few of us post daily workouts here. But I found that people are posting in the "Club" under their demographic - That sucks. Seems exclusionary

I guess I just can't keep up

To each their own - we have our own regulars here and everyone new is welcome to post, regardless of age. I think that makes us cooler, since we are not homogeneous.

So... what was your workout today?

I'm still going to post here. Maybe more people will join us. I like the diversity of this bunch.

Grizzly -- nice workout!

First of all, finally I reached the weight I like to race at ... just in time for Thanksgiving feasting. Hopefully I can maintain. I have lost ~10 lbs. since mid-August.

I did just over 8 miles with 6 X 1:00 pickups at the end on my favorite path this afternoon, in 67 degree weather. It was a treat to run through and over colorful fallen leaves in shorts and a singlet.

I have strep throat, blah, but luckily feel great and energetic except for a very sore throat.

Flounder- great to see you here. I'm on the injured reserve now with a calf strain. I'm also going on vacation for a couple weeks, so my posting will be sporadic while I recover.

I'm glad you're here. We've got work to do to prepare for Boston and I can use you and Lofcaudio as virtual training partners as we head to Spring. I remember your list on how you're going to temper the training for '08. I think you'll be surprised on how well you can do on 60-80 miles per week, or less.

I expect as the holidays pass and the new year comes that we'll get more action in this thread. Good group here. Maybe even a new BQ, or two, along the way.

Congrats, SGH. Sounds like things coming together for you as you head towards your marathon. And I'm jealous of your weather. Hope you rid the throat ailment sooner and not later.

Weather nice tonight 58F at 8pm.

Couldn't pass up the weather opportunity. Cycled 9 miles to-and-fro to meet my run club for post-run gathering.

Snow expected tomorrow.

Good running, all.

Ran a 5k race in the evening that turned into a 5.4k race when a course marshal sent us on a loop too early in the race and then made us run it again at the correct time. Probably would have PR'd if we'd run the correct distance. I'll try to write and post a race report today.

I post my daily run reports at more than one place so even if I start posting in a "club" here, I'll post here too. I'll try to get more consistent about posting here, though; I still feel like too much the newbie to KR.
