My coworker and IronHubby's good friend Mike was rushed to the hospital last night with a blood clot in his leg. He's an Ironman too and just completed Ironman Hawaii in October. In the past year, the poor guy has battled a terrible case of shingles and a sports hernia... now this.<br><br>
IronHubby just talked to Mike's girlfriend. The doctors have now discovered something wrong with Mike's heart. His left ventricle is working at only 25% capacity right now, so they are inserting a balloon (???) into his heart.<br><br>
Please, folks, prayers for IronMike. Thanks.

I saw him at Sundance last year. Yikes, he doesn't look so good. I didn't even know it was him until he smiled. Granted, he was in ski clothes and out enjoying the snow. But...still.
