Great job team! I expect good things from yall and scoring is going well. <img alt="banana.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/banana.gif"><br><br>
The only thing I want to reiterate is to post your rest days (but who needs rest days anyway) so I can fill in 0s instead of having blanks in the scoring sheet.
 
Still sick today, but I'll do some gentle exercise after the babies go to bed in order to get some points.
 
Oops... I took total rest day on Friday and forgot to say so... <img alt="blush.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/blush.gif"> Can you just take care of that from here? (sorry... I'll do better from now on!)
 
The whole thing about posting rest days seems to be confusing. So how about we set a new <span style="font-size:medium;"><b>Team</b> <b><i><span style="color:#FF0000;">S</span></i></b></span> rule of <span style="text-decoration:underline;"><b>NO MORE REST DAYS</b></span>?<br><br>
Seems like it would make it easier for everyone. Run everyday, post miles/points everyday!<br><br>

If only I could get points for coughing, I'd be the VRAA champ. Or folding laundry, or answering "why?" from a 3 year old every 30 seconds, or.... <img alt="smile.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/smile.gif">
 
I got in a short walk today. I do normally run on Mondays, so i'll have a run next week. Yesterday was an oddity. However, Tuesdays are usually rest days. I will try to get in some walking each week, but that is the one day that is really difficult to work something into my schedule.<br><br>
I did get in a mile walking today though.

Have 3 on the schedule for tomorrow and will get up extra early to get a pilates workout in as well!!<br><br>
The motivation this is giving me is great!!
 
OK - so we are still in 2nd place, but team J is kicking some serious butt and are ~200 points ahead. (i suspect they have some debatable reported points, or steroid usage but for now we have to assume they are legit)<br><br>
if everyone adds just 10% onto their planned workouts we can win this thing. so if you were gonna run 5 miles, run 5.5. workout 40 mins, do 44 etc. etc. that extra little bit will be enough to catch them.<br><br>
of course, let's be sensible, if you are injured/ill etc, dont do anything crazy. this is just a game and we'll all survive even if get beaten by a bunch of losers led by someone like antag.... (it'll take time but we'll recover eventually....)<br><br>
