I'll be reporting my points a little late tonight.<br><br>
Once the coffee shop closes for the night, I'll tie up some loose ends here, then head to the gym for some weight training, core (EEEK!) and stretching. My goal is to do 45 min, but I will see if I can't squeeze out an extra point or 2.<br><br>

Ok I had a rest day but I hauled my butt out there and walked 3 miles and then came home and did 45 min of stretching, weights and core work!!<br><br>
