On and off the workouts this past week due to life stuff. That stuff is calming down it seems. I don't swim either so no swim bonus this weekend. Sorry. <img alt="sad.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/sad.gif"> But, I got 1 mile walking around downtown again Fri. and 5.25 last night for a total of 25 pts this weekend. Not much but...<br><br>
I may or may not have a HM on tap for this weekend. I haven't signed up for it yet and am hearing conflicting reports it's full. I missed the online registration deadline so I have to wait till the expo on Sat. to sign up if it's not full..... I think it will work out the way it should. Either way, I will continue to run some training miles this week in anticipation of running it.<br><br>
Sorry I've been so hit or miss this VRAA. Too much outside stuff going on this month that I didn't anticipate. I hope to make up for it some these next 2 weeks. Don't hate me team J. <img alt="sad.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/sad.gif">

I walked to the Post Office today a half mile round trip but that's it.<br>
Have that scratchy before a cold kind of throat so I napped after work.

Today has been a rough day, so I only got in a mile walk. However, I got in a bunch of mileage (a bunch by my standards <img alt="wink.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/wink.gif"> ) this weekend. I'm hoping that I'll feel up to getting out for a run tomorrow, or a least a longer walk and some yoga.

The score is really close! We're in fifth place but less than 200 points out of first! That's the closest we've been to #1 since the first day. I'm going to do 5 on my treadmill right now before work. Everybody is doing a great job and now it's time to start thinking about actually winning this thing!<br><br>
From last to first, what a legacy we'll make!
 
At the gym... takin' a short break. I have an entire day off and we've got some ground to catch up on, right?<br><br>
I think I'm in the mood to kick some butt today so I'll get back to y'all on my atempt to wear myself completely out today!<br><br>
I'm so impressed with how well we're doing as a team, great job on your running/workouts everyone!

4.5 total run today (with .25 warm up) after work for 18 pts. I will be trying for something longer tomorrow. It's a late day at work (teacher workday where we have to stay an extra hour longer than usual) but as long as I get to bed on time tonight, shouldn't be a problem.
 
You guys are doing great! I racked up a few points at the Y tonight, so I'll head over to the daily and the scoring site.<br><br>
