Well, I am badass in training, but will contribute at least that amount!

Looks like I have some great trainers though!

Just post you totals for the day in the daily thread (today's is labelled "Day 1 - Friday, June 29). The scoring table and more details are here. I keep a spreadsheet with all individual & team scores.

I forget what I am, and how my points will count

so I may need some help, and how to report.

I ride my bike about 65 miles per week/35 minutes per session.

I never got an answer as to how I should count my mileage, since I ride on the trainer, personally I think the mileage should count as I am riding a road bike, albeit inside.

I am about to go down and ride now, so if someone could help me out, and to whom I am to report it to and when, let me know.

Cappy: Counting the mileage would be fine, particularly on a trainer; it's much like treadmill runners who track their workouts in miles. Report your mileage and points for the day (1.5 pt per mile biking) in the daily reporting thread. Today's is labelled "Day 1".
