Well team, I've come down with the flu and haven't felt good enough to run. It hit me all at once on Monday morning. The 24.5 mile long run I did on Sunday may have brought down my immune system (who knows?). Anyway, Monday was a planned off day, so officially I missed three days, Tuesday through today. To make things worse, when I go back to work tomorrow it will be a 12 hour shift followed by an 11 hour shift Saturday. I want to be fully recovered for Boston on the 16th, so I'm not planning to rush back into running, maybe a short run Saturday night and an easy mid distance run Sunday.
