It's in the 50s, albeit rather windy, so I'm breaking out the shorts and heading out. My very loose training schedule calls for a 14 mile long run this week. Playing it by ear today as I'm a bit sore - too many lunges.
 
Ran 13 miles but I wish I'd gone 10 miles since that's when my legs decided they'd had enough... HR was well in control. I'm blaming the weather. It felt like 60F out there... even the wind was warm. Good job tomorrow is a rest day as my legs are toast. Note to self - no squats and lunges the day before a long run.<br><br>
Nice running everyone with a tip of the hat to Richard for his 16 miler.
