Good morning, Fit! Man, when the back goes, the whole body suffers. I'm wishing you the best. I was plagued with back problems until I strengthened my abs and core. The core strength helped offset the weak lower back. PT will help you, give it time and give it all you got!!
 
I think I'll be running 14 or 16 miles, depending on my route.<br>
