Andi, I am so tired. Not even counting the sore legs but Ty and I stayed up way too late and now it just took me 45 min to actually post this

did you have a nice LSD this weekend?

batmomm - I am lsd'ing tomorrow. i am only going 12 as it is a cut back week. It is going to be cold - 32, but windy, making it feel like 19. One of these days I will luck out and it will be somewhat warm for a long run. You have the right to be tired, you and the other girls kicked butt today.

Well, I weigh in at 290, so while I may need some support it doesn't really stretch that far.

By the way, my weight is misleading, I am built like a tank I just need to work off some extra padding. Straight out of Basic training I still weighed 235.

No time for shoutouts: I have to cook dinner for some company that arrives in an hour.

Chosha- so proud of your 7.

Maniac Mamas, WTG!!! and congrats to Gaela. Now the quest for more stars starts.

Alemma, my thon PW is 7:32 (though at PPM) so you have something to aspire to.

Ty, way to be strong. You aren't taking on of the Cipro group antibiotics are you? Very bad mojo to combine with running.

Have you tried the "Feliway" spray? It has cat pheramones in it and it keeps them from peeing. It makes them feel "happy" so that they don't want to pee. We have had problems w/ this one before so we kinda know how to deal w/ her.

we went through that when we got new beds with one of our cats. We saved the furry bastard from abusive people and he has repaid us by peeing on things. Sigh.

Try rubbing cayenne pepper on the sides of the mattresses. It might not help in the middles, but it should keep the sides safe.
