Hmpf. Not feeling it this morning. Only need to do 4 but the rain and wind are VERY unmotivating. Then I think of the "3 Stooges" doing their M and think (you are a lazy ass). Then I get on here and see JB doing 12 in snow and Cho doing 7 (way to go Cho!!!!) and once again think (you are a super lazy ass). Then of course there is Sudsy who never quits and I think (you are a super MEGA lazy ass). So I have a bag packed w/ dry clothes and am dressed and ready to walk out the door. I am running w/ my club this morning and have a nice hot cup of coffee waiting for me at the end of my run. So thank you guys for once again getting my foot over that threshold!<br><br>

When you're sick, the worst thing is when you wake up.. I feel like crap right now.. My back still aches and I'm all stuffed up... I'm having my awesome coffee and I hope that will make me feel better...<br><br>
3 recovery miles on the schedule today. I will run on the TM, because Mother Nature is raging outside... WE already got 4 inches of snow overnight and today we supposed to get the worst of the storm together with blowing winds 45mph. Lovely...<br><br>
My LSD tomorrow might have to be done on the TM too... I better start getting used to that idea... <img alt="uhoh2.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/uhoh2.gif">

Good Morning Johnny!! You're running in 6-7 inches of fresh snow?? What type of neighbourhood you're running in? I'm in the country right now, so these are all one lane, narrow roads and if the sides are covered by the snow, it forces me to run in the middle of the street.. can't do that... I'm hoping they'll clear the sides sufficiently for my LSD tomorrow...
