Thanks, Jen! Oh, and stop talking about how McD's is not so bad - I know you're addressing TY, but if you keep talking that way I'll take it as a license to eat there more often! And that won't be a good thing cause I don't run 47 miles in 1 week, nevermind in 2 days! I don't like the healthier options - It's quarter pounder with cheese for me!

Well, since we're on the subject...

WHAT IS THE HEALTHIEST PLACE TO EAT??? Is it Subway? Is there such a thing? I need someplace yummy, healthy, and cheap!

Marianne, thank you! I actually told DH that today I am proud of myself. The funny thing is that I am not proud of the distance. I'm actually proud of being able to manage the problems I was having... at the same time, it's the type of feeling that lasts one day since each run brings different susprises. So, I know tomorrow will be a new challenge. I start from scratch every time I throw myself out there.

I wish I could start a healthy restaurant business. My food would be yummy with fresh herbs. I wouldn't use any butter, deep frying, or heavy sauces. And I would use 100% whole grains and lean meat. I would make my apple dumplings, tapioca, bread pudding, and chocolate chip cookies. I always cut the sugar by at least half with all my dessert recipes.

I wonder if anyone would come to my restaurant.
