One day to the end of this VRAA's round.
One day to Superbowl (Suds, please don't have a heart attack).
Busy weekend for everyone.

I am very slowly getting ready. There is no rush for my LSD today. DH knows I am not moving fast this week and told me to take my time. So I will. No plans for today and I like that. I don't want to do anything or go anywhere.
Time to have breakfast.
Everyone have a great day and keep moving!

I'm lazy today... just finished my breakfast and read las tnight's thread.

Alemma, yes, I suggest you buy the S! caps. Get your body used to it for a few more runs before April.

KitKat, I read your post about being confined to the DDM. Everyday, except on weekends, I have to be on it and everyday I ask myself if I'll be able to handle such boring run. I know you appreciate having that option. Just keep going. I am really impressed with your mileage and strength coming back from your SF. I wish I was as smart as you are on your training.

KY, I hope your ears feel better. It's one of the worst pains ever.

Jen, I am excited to hear about your next run. You're recovery has been really really good and fast, once you got to the bottom of the problem.

Myron, you are absolutely impressive. And sweet, of course.

Cho, I hope you get some rest this weekend. I will work from home too. It was so busy at work that I am behind. It's nice that my boss told me I can either get paid right away for those hours or make it like a bank for when I need time off. I will use it as a bank, since I occasionally travel to races or have to stay home when DD is sick.

I can't stick around cuz DD and DH are waiting.

I am in absolute awe with the difference that the S! caps made. I can't describe it.
Now I understand how screwed up I was last weekend.

27.5 miles in Ty's book today.

Alemma, IDK if your running store carries the caps, but I think you have to order them like I did. Mine got here in 3 days. I got each bottle with 100 caps for 9.50 . I can give you the link later if you want.

I'll try to catch up later.

Batmomm, I can't believe how much stuff you do in a day...

Marianne, not sure if you got an answer yet. S! caps are electrolyte capsules used for longer distances.

Hi Sis!

I had McD's per choice and it was exactly what I wanted, with a GIANT chocolate milkshake. yeah... GIANT.

Cho, have fun with DD!

Willa, the caps made a huge difference for me because I was already having problems. It was nice too when I got to the stage that I couldn't stand tasting the gatorade but had the peace of mind of knowing that everything was under control.

Cho, my legs are hurting now, but nothing more than usual. I took some Advil and hope it gets better by tomorrow morning...

Sis, too funny about McD... Well, I planned 26, but because I am a dork, I took an old loop that I thought it was a 6 miler for the final loop...it turned out to be a 7.5 one... I was feeling great, so it wasn't too bad.

I can't believe how much right stuff you did today. You put me to shame...

They don't taste. It's a gel caps. You take it with plenty of fluids and it's all good. I was afraid my tummy was going to feel funny, but I felt NOTHING but staying strong during the entire run. My legs started hurting when they are supposed to hurt, around 18/19 miles... but I was able to keep a consistent comfortable pace all the way. DH is sick of hearing me talk about how amazed I am ...lol
