Hey all-<br><br>
I did a 35min run/walk this morning (6min run/1min walk) and my knee felt great! No pain and it hasn't bothered me at all today. Then I biked for 30min - didn't have time to get to the gym to swim so I did that instead. I also did a core workout and I finally feel like I got a good workout.<br><br>
JB - I do pushups on the Swiss ball, too, and it is a challenge. Often I will lean the ball against the wall so I don't wobble all around but I guess that's cheating. Still a challenge but not as bad.<br><br>
time to go take dd to a meeting.
