Good morning-<br><br>
It snowed here last night. Not enough to really make a difference but enough to piss me off! It might make it to the 40s later so that will make up for it!<br><br>
I will run today and bike or swim, too. I didn't do my bike ride last night but that's OK - I'll make up for it today!<br><br>
I have to brag a little about ds4. He swam all the way across the pool yesterday at swim lessons by himself! His teacher was right in front of him but he chugged right across - even lifting his head up to get air - all by himself! He's also able to jump in w/o help and swim after he comes back up to the surface. <img alt="biggrin.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/biggrin.gif"> Makes me really happy that he loves it so much!<br><br>

<b>Heather</b> - I just caught up a little bit with last night's thread. I'm sorry your ds has strep! Poor guy! Sounds like he had a tough night. My dd9 had strep a few weeks ago and she felt horrible. (((Heather's ds)))
 
Hey all-<br><br>
I did a 35min run/walk this morning (6min run/1min walk) and my knee felt great! No pain and it hasn't bothered me at all today. Then I biked for 30min - didn't have time to get to the gym to swim so I did that instead. I also did a core workout and I finally feel like I got a good workout.<br><br>
JB - I do pushups on the Swiss ball, too, and it is a challenge. Often I will lean the ball against the wall so I don't wobble all around but I guess that's cheating. Still a challenge but not as bad.<br><br>
time to go take dd to a meeting.
 
That sounds like a good one! I have done regular push-ups with my lower legs on the ball but what I normally do it my hands on the ball and my feet on the floor. I get sick of those very quickly!
