Feels like forever since I have checked in here! Feel so outta the loop! My summer is flying! We were in Chicago and Milwaukee last wk for vacation...had a blast and loved the ball games! I absolutely loved chicago, we stayed right off magnificent mile and talk about a girls dream come true!

I am not a huge shopper and w/ boys I took what I could get but it was fun to walk around and people watch too! It was mine and the boys first time at wrigley (dh has been there at least 5x) and it was awesome! We are already planning a trip there next summer! The Brewers game was a blast too...I thought there were drunk people at Wrigley....Milwaukee likes their beer!

So far the boys have gotten to go to 7 different major league stadiums for vacations these last few yrs! It is a good thing their mom likes baseball too!

Been running at least 4x a wk....but my M training is not going so well. Still battling my priformis issues which makes any run over 6-7 miles not so fun! Tight hips, sore butt and very stiff the next day! About 2wks ago my grandma was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer. Since she is 92 they are not doing treatments and wont do a biopsy so all we know is that it is a very large mass on her pancreas, no idea what stage...she was moved into a nursing home last wk. I have come to terms that this M is probably going to turn into a half. My longest runs to date have been 2-16milers and they are not as strong as I want them. I dont want to risk further injury and I also want to spend as much time with my grandma these next wks as I can and not worry about fitting 4hr runs into my schedule. Oh well maybe next spring.

Hope everyone is well!
