Today was hill repeats for me. Since this phase of my training no longer is restrained to low heart rate I was able to really push it. I did 6 repeats at 10% incline at a 7:30 pace. I was trying for a quarter mile at a time, but came in just under a quarter each time. Next time I'll make it.
