Good morning everybody!<br>
Today was hill repeats for me. Since this phase of my training no longer is restrained to low heart rate I was able to really push it. I did 6 repeats at 10% incline at a 7:30 pace. I was trying for a quarter mile at a time, but came in just under a quarter each time. Next time I'll make it.

I'll go to the gym with no pretensions again. I have 9 scheduled but there is not a single chance for me to do that. I thinking maybe 6 or 7, or whenever my body tells me to stop...
