Morning suds - No doubt you will find something soon

Morning hills - Enjoy the rest day

Morning monika - Seem like you have a busy day. Hope you get it all in.

Morning Kit - Have a good run

Morning cho - Ugh, I hate chest colds. I abused my lungs too many years and they hang around for a while on me too.

Morning Heather - Good workout!

Running rest day here. I am going to spend all day trying to avoid my bosses and probably start some core tonight after the bebe is in bed.
Heather - Today she is still sleeping at home with her mama

I think she will be doing a lot better. She ate dinner last night with the rest of us and was putting down fluids like they were going out of style. I think she must have had an upset stomach or something that morning at Nana's.
Ky - I don't think you are the bad people. My bosses like to micromanage and I am only ever in the office at the same time as them on Monday, so they save it all up for today. If we are busy enough I can sometimes manage to get out without ever talking to them.

It's not all bosses, just mine. It's kind of sad really, I would love my job if it wasn't for the people I work with.
nicole - yeah we have to see how this works out. I can't do normal push ups right now because of the ganglion cyst on my wrist (hey, it's a tongue twister!) I am going to try doing them on my knuckles and see how that goes, since it's really having my hand back that bothers it.

I also have a pilates video I am going to try out and see if I like it.
My first car had an AM only radio with one speaker. Of course, it was older than I was, but still!
Kit - I ended up cooking the gravy and the green beans when I got home, so not TOO bad.

She picked up about 4 eggs for Easter and then went off collecting sticks in the yard, but I don't think she got what all the fuss was about with the eggs. Fun and beer was had so no complaints from me!
Talking to some friends that ran that 5k with me and their Garmins both reported 3.2 instead of 3.1 miles.

That would put me sub 40 for my first 5k instead of 40:17 and a pace of 12:35 (which is about where I normally am.) Hooray!
Nah, not unless you want to be!

I support "sluts" the world over! If a man can do it so can a woman is what I say.

In fact, I wish more women were independent about that sort of thing, but that's a whole different conversation.

Then again I may have to revisit that not a slut thing
That's cause men are lower maintenance!

Edited to add: I dated twins once, but didn't find out till they broke up with me

(I am in a strange mood today, you'll have to forgive me)
Ty - I am glad you guys can do that if it was a bad situation! I would give almost anything to be able to quit my job, but I am sole provider and any other company would be like 200 a week less than I am making now. Stick together and you will be golden!
Sadly, I don't think we would make it with that much less every week on a sole income. Right now I am in a holding pattern trying to move out of this city though, so at least it gives me a little hope!
We are going to be moving to Baltimore. I have a job there working for a friend of mine, it's just a matter of when the right defense contract comes up. Basically it's just a waiting game. I was supposed to be up there already, but the contract fell through.
OK! So back to working out topics.

In addition to the Pilates I am going to be trying out, I need to find a good core workout that does not require equipment.

Push ups and sit ups, obviously. Was also going to throw in some squats and flutter kicks. Any other suggestions?
As a matter of fact, from reading your last post Sof-soles was still on my clipboard from the copy and paste to google! I think I might go past Clydesdale and into Rhino!
