Well, looks like I can start the day off here with last night's run. Yes, I did get one in after the wedding. Started my run at 9:40 pm and ended at 10:50 pm. Needless to say it's been a long night...<br><br>
But--it was a GREAT DAY! Phillip and I danced a few jigs, the Patriots are going to the SuperBowl, I ran my entire run at 7:30 pace...what could be better!? That's really all I wanted out of the day anyway.<br><br>
Total run - 9.32 miles, 70 minutes, 7:30 pace, <b>AND</b>, a new weekly PR of 79 miles...<img alt="blush.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/blush.gif"><br><br>
Traveling all day on this Martin Luther King, Jr. day. No plans to run, but who knows...our plane lands in Omaha at 5:00 pm...
