Good morning, almost afternoon!<br><br>
Yummy goodies in the thread today.<br><br>
Had a bridal shower for my friend Loreli at my house yesterday. With Abby's passing on Friday and all the prep for the shower I am exhausted. Slept in til almost 10. mmmm, sleep. Beaker was a tremendous help preparing for the shower even though she wasn't a part of it. I couldn't have pulled it off without everything she did. The tea sandwiches were a hit and everyone loved the homemade chocolates. Never underestimate your creativity again, Lori. <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="http://www.kickrunners.com/forum/images/smilies/notworthy.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title="notworthy"> Oh and Loreli asked where you went and why you didn't stay.<br><br>
One of the bridesmaids lives 2 hours away and did not plan on arriving early and did little to nothing to help while she was her. grrrrr! My friend Phil also made mini quiches and some other apps that were fabulous! In the end, I think everyone enjoyed themselves and there is tons of food left over. Anyone hungry?<br><br>
It is 60 degrees here but super rainy & windy. My plan to take Wyatt out for a walk in the woods is foiled for now. <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="http://www.kickrunners.com/forum/images/smilies/sad.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title="Sad"><br><br>

Other than the Favre hullabaloo that was going to come of it, I didn't really have a preference between the Saints & the Vikes.
