<p>Hey, folks.  I haven't checked in here in a while.  I've reached another cross-roads with my training.  I'm taking a new medication which is taking my body a while to adapt to, so I've decided to focus on weight loss instead of a race goal.  My (lack of) eating and (too much) sleeping have been all over the map, and that doesn't translate to very good running conditions.  This means I've been walking a lot (and further) more than I would have run, plus I'm going to start adding in some supplemental workouts.  I really think I would be a more successful (and joyful) runner with less tonnage, so I'm going to focus on trimming down before I get serious about running again.</p>
